Welcome to Russ and Company! Founded and operated by Reagan and Carla Singer, we are a small real estate company dedicated to providing our residents with the best living experience possible.
We offer owner-managed apartment communities with a personal atmosphere and strong neighborly connections. Unlike corporate-owned apartments with hidden fees, our units are clean, comfortable spaces with straightforward pricing and prompt maintenance to ensure our residents have a well-maintained place to call home.
